Etara This well designed and manicured complex is located just 20 metres from the popular Bulgarian coastline The architectural image of the complex built in the style of the Old Bulgarian houses is formed by its wide terraces, narrow windows, protruding roofs, wooden gates, railings and staircases. The range of facilities include a restaurant, a piano bar, a fitness hall, a 30-metre-long swimming pool for adults, a round pool for children, massage and beauty parlours.

Etara 2 Etara is, without doubt, one of the the finest apartment complexes on the whole of the Black Sea coast Etara 2 is located slightly behind Etara, and the complex as a whole is located on the front line. Situated just a few hundred metres from the sea, 'The Bells' was meticulously designed and constructed to give almost all apartments on the complex an excellent view of the resort’s substantial pool area. The Bells also benefits from a gym, a full time masseur and a superb Bulgarian style restaurant.

Bells 2 A selection of apartments with sunning views to the marina and Black Sea in a popular tourist destination Bells 2 is a charming complex situated to exploit the far reaching views across the Dinevi resort and down to the marina beyond. The complex offers a selection of apartments and its own pool, all within easy reach of the many resort facilities. Bells 2 is situated in St. Vlas, a popular Bulgarian tourist destination where rental demand is consistently high.

Villa South Walk to the nearby sandy beach through landscaped grounds, or relax and refresh in the complex's stylish pool area. Situated near the front line of St Vlas, approximately 2 miles north of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, Villa South is a modestly sized apartment complex. Villa South has its own pool and as the complex only has 8 apartments, enabling clients to have their own more private, personal area, whilst maintaining the ability to use the larger complexes surrounding them and the Vlas facilities.

Sun Village Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the Black Sea coast and has been a holiday destination for over 30 years Sun Village consists of 3 buildings, centred around a large pool and bar area. Each building is six stories high and benefits from a lift. There is an incredible range of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and excellent shopping facilities around. Some complexes in Sunny Beach can be over a mile from the main shopping centre but fortunately, Sun village is only a few hundred metres from the main shopping centre.

The Breeze The ideal home away from home; a stunning complex with pools, tennis courts, shops, cafes and very close to the beach. Situated on the second line, close to the Monastery resort, the Breeze is a stunning development designed in “Old Bulgarian House” style. It comprises apartments and detached houses, 2 swimming pools, pharmacy, shop, cafe-bar and guarded parking lot. The specially designed tennis court welcomes holiday makers keen to engage in sporting activity.

Coliseum Beachfront resort located on one of Bulgaria's expansive beaches; popular for both local and international rentals. This 7-storey building is reminiscent of a Roman coliseum, and is situated in the centre of this popular holiday resort.  Coliseum was built on a 7,218 sq.m. area, comprising 60 apartments. The first floor is accommodating to its owners, with eleven shops. The complex also has a restaurant, night bar, receptionist’s desk, pool and guarded parking lot.

Top Top is a popular Bulgarian beachfront development, designed and built to a very high standard by renowned Bulgarian Architects. The Top Complex is located directly on the beachfront, offering superb rental opportunities and an excellent holiday home for those wishing to just relax in the sun. Attractive alpineums combined with flowerbeds, stone water taps, wooden pergolas and pavilions will add to the charm of the complex. Vlas Heights A short distance from the marina and popular seafront, many properties in this complex have superb sea views. This stand-alone apartment building is situated in the picturesque Bulgarian village of St Vlas and has been aimed for the more self sufficient investor, who does not want a bar or pool within their building. St Vlas has a charming variety of restaurants and bars, and numerous local shops and boutiques. The apartments are about 600m from the marina and seafront.

The Arena The Arena is strategically located near the newly built yacht port and encircles lush, green, manicured gardens.
