Barrasford and Bird Worldwide have introduced thousands of customers to the exciting and lucrative opportunity that is overseas property investment.

We support our customers from the moment they reserve a property, to the time when they decide to realise their investment and sell their property.

Barrasford and Bird began marketing properties in Eastern Europe over eight years ago. The business plan involved taking minor shares within development companies in the region to ensure exclusivity and then introducing the properties to the UK marketplace. Within one year the company was one of the top three companies marketing Eastern European properties to the UK.

From day one we have endeavoured to offer the best customer service in the industry, backed up by a lifetime aftercare guarantee. In other words, we stay with our customers from the moment they reserve a property, to the time when they decide to realise their investment and sell their property.

This position of strength allowed us to move into other markets, such as the Caribbean, where we have experienced equal success.

One of our main goals is to design, build and manage our own range of five star resorts using the knowledge we have built up from marketing other developers properties.

We are also founding members of the AIPP (The Association of International Property Professionals) and Robin Barrasford is on the Board of Directors.
